All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We stayed here for the first time last year and were so blown away we had to make sure to return! It was even more magical than our memories - perfect location, steps from the beach, essentially on the beach your entire stay at the house. We grilled dinner every night and sat in the provided chairs watching the sunset. Hard to imagine a more perfect getaway!

Carina and Bogdan are responsive for questions and allowed us to check in a little earlier upon arrival. The house was well maintained and clean.

Great place to stay. Lots of space for big groups, close to the beach, and quick car ride to AC. Glenn was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

This spot is worth every penny!! The amazing views, the roof deck, all the bedrooms/bathrooms. We had amazing communication with Michael leading up to the stay. We felt very informed prior to check in. If you’re a first time visitor he really knows his stuff. We have been coming down for decades and this was the best stay we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back again :)

The house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean. David and Lian were very responsive! Kitchen was very well stocked for a family to stay multiple nights! The kids enjoys the ping pong table downstairs! The beds were very comfy.

We LOVED this Oceanfront home!!! It was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals, plus a massive grill outside that made outdoor cooking just as enjoyable. Who has 2 refrigerators? This house. Enormous beverage refrigerator and the other is the kitchen. (Great touch Nick!) The hot tub and pool were just steps from the bedroom—such a treat! Beds were super comfy and there were so many bathrooms, which made it perfect for our large group. No need to drive to downtown when you just need to walk 2 blocks to everything!! The outdoor shower was a favorite feature, and there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes for everyone to enjoy. This house is oceanfront with absolutely breathtaking views from morning to night. This place had everything. Nick was an amazing host and very responsive. The bar is set very high at Nicks place. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.

The house, pool, neighborhood, proximity to the beach -all were excellent. The house was clean, the pool was warm and well taken care of, and the 2 block walk to the beach was easy - as the beach access is right on the end of their road. We followed a few of their recommendations on their page as well for things to do/places to eat and they were all great!

The house was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful get-away. The living areas were spacious and perfect for family time. The decks had a great view of the bay and sunsets. i would definitely come back here again for a vacation.

Our stay at Sandy’s place was marvelous. Everything was exactly as expected and fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of space and amenities to make everyone feel right at home.

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

The place was very very clean when we arrived mostly everything was supplied bed sheets, shower towels, pillows, comforters paper towels, toilet paper and more… all in all very good place to stay and would definitely stay there again…

House was very clean and everything was brand new and in working order. Nice neighborhood and easy to find. Daniel was very responsive to messaging and answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great 3 night short stay at Jennifer’s place. Layout was great for our family group of 5, all adults. Lots of bedrooms (5) & bathrooms (4). House was exactly as described. Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions I asked. She also gave us a much appreciated late checkout as no one was arriving that day. We loved the bedroom with books, games & puzzles! A nice touch. We had rain, so this was great. One thing to note: 4 beach chairs & 4 beach passes. We were short one of each. Thank you! Would recommend!!!

Booked this home for a ladies reunion. Everyone loved the place…new, clean, comfortable, close to the beach, wonderful rooftop deck. We had a great time. Hope to be back.

STAY HERE! I promise you will not regret it. I can say without hesitation that this Airbnb was the best experience I have ever had. The communication with John was stellar. If I texted with any questions or concerns, he responded within minutes. I could see the sunrise over the ocean in the back of the house and the sunset over the marina from the front porch. Best of both worlds! The beautiful and private beach was only a few houses away. The beach was lovely and not crowded. I enjoyed my walks along the jetty when I wanted a break from the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect and so were the beds. The beds and pillows were soft and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs to go around. The kitchen had everything you needed. John was flexible on check-in and check-out which was much appreciated. I stayed at this paradise by the sea for 2 weeks in September. I wish I could have stayed forever. I bet you will feel the same.
