A top stay for families, but also perfect for a golf weekend with friends. It has been recently restyled. The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower. The covered terrace with glass curtains offers pleasant coolness in summer and retains the summer atmosphere in winter. The box spring can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
