It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

Esther is a great host and the place is nice, convenient, 2 steps from the beach. I returned now the 2nd time, everything was perfect. Highly recommend to stay at Esther’s!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

We had a lovely stay in Daniela’s apartment in Murcia. It was well furnished, and cosy. Very clean too and some lovely little touches (the bathroom smelled great!). We found it easily and the location was good - a quiet street but within walking distance to the centre and the malecón and there were some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Although we drove to Murcia, we accessed everywhere on foot during our stay. Also a big Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away was very convenient.

Great stay at Amanda's place. Everything was perfect. The residence is very quiet and secure. A huge pool is a stone's throw from the apartment which is very uncrowded. The apartment is equipped with everything! There is absolutely nothing missing. I highly recommend it and we will definitely go back! Finally, a big thank you to Amanda, who is attentive and very responsive. A very nice person. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was so well planned that things just fell into place. We contacted each other regularly before and during our visit. Ilona’s folder was so informative and so helpful. The views from the Penthouse apartment are stunning. It was so easy with the pool, restaurant and Spar supermarket all close by and Sucina only 5 minutes away with so much to offer. We’ll look back and enjoy our fantastic holiday.

Fabulous apartment and met all expectations. Host provided excellent communication before and throughout are stay. The position of the apartment is ideal as it is close to the beautiful swimming pool and resort centre. The golf course is amazing and kept in pristine condition as is the resort. We cannot wait to return very soon. Thank you Tomáš for sharing your fabulous apartment. As a family we had everything we needed.

We had a great time at Fuen's! His warm welcome and great availability made our trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation is in a great location, very well equipped and perfectly suitable for 6 people. We enjoyed everything and will come back without hesitation. Thanks again Fuen!

Had a great time - Gustavo was super helpful and welcoming. Apartment is as described, well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The resort is very well maintained by ground staff. The pool is beautiful and peaceful and the weather was amazing at this time of year. Beaches and supermarkets a pleasant 20min drive from the apartment. Thanks guys!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

A beautiful apartment in a luxury area, quiet, with all the necessary amenities, comfortable accommodation, with everything you need, the beach 15 minutes away by car and the pools of the complex are spectacular. I would definitely go back. Thank you very much!!

We had a great time, there wasn't a lot of sun but it had beautiful views! We were very comfortable!

The photos and description matched, the beach is very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids, but with the parking at the house it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Pleasant stay, very quiet, clean, very accessible beach. Very clean, functional apartment and the exchange with the owner was very nice and easy.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely apartment stocked with everything you need for your stay. Really close to Cabo Roig strip with lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Beach at back of property and great views of sea and area from the balcony. Host was kind enough to let us stay later to help with a late evening flight so 5 stars from us. Many thanks again

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
