A centrally located and bright designer apartment

Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!

There are also helpful things for babys like a cot, a bathtub for babys, a high chair and a baby buggy. Every guest will experience a well formed and light-flooded appartment only 50 metres away from the Cathedral.

Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

Very nice stay, easy and very fast communication with the host, very easy to access the accommodation since it is autonomous, central location. Highly recommended.

We had a really great stay. Good location to the centre of the city and all a short walk away. Quick response from the host each time. Only the information for parking a car can be better. Parking is one thing in the surrounding area. Directly in the street is possible but is very expensive and it is also possible in a parking garage, it is only advantageous if you book via a site (search for the English part), otherwise it is also screaming expensive there. Location remains a good base for visiting Jerez.

beautiful apartment, high-quality renovation, sparkling clean and a perfect location. On the balcony you can watch the bustling activity on the street. Milagros was a wonderful host and made our stay in Jerez a very nice experience. We would come back anytime.

A dining table is set with four plates, accompanied by wine glasses and cutlery. Textured placemats add an organic touch. A small vase with greenery sits in the center, enhancing the table's simplicity and readiness for a meal.

Jose Antonio ( the host) went way out of his way to make us welcome and provide local information on sights to see, restaurants, bars, sherry tastings etc. not just for Jerez but also for Cádiz ( 40 mins by train) The apartment was spotless and by far the best equipped of all places we have stayed in our 5 weeks in Spain. On our last day, Jose Antonio met with us at 7am to make sure we caught our taxi .. now that is incredible service and speaks volumes of his customer care and friendliness. We cannot recommend this apartment and host enough … 10 stars out of 5! Jerez and this apartment is on the map now for many more!
