Sonias Haus ist fantastisch gelegen - die Aussicht ein Traum! Für strahlungssensitive Menschen und solche die Ruhe suchen, eine Oase! Wir haben sehr gut und erholsam geschlafen. Sonia hat frische Blumen in diversen Vasen im Haus platziert - ein schöner Willkommens-Gruss! Es hat oft Wind in dieser Gegend und morgens liegt der Sitzplatz noch im Schatten. Wir waren anfangs Mai dort - es empfiehlt sich ein warmer Pullover fürs Frühstück draussen. Im Sommer ist der Schatten sicher sehr angenehm. Die Natur war in voller Blüte - Blumen überall! Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche eher einfach ausgestattet, aber alles da um einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Tolle Restaurants in Tarifa und Bolonia. Die Wanderung zum Meer runter ist sehr schön und dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Der Strand dort wenig frequentiert und man kann lange Spaziergänge im Sand und über die Düne machen - herrlich! Für die Zufahrt zum Haus empfiehlt sich ein geländegängiges Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Este apartamento es genial para pasar unos días, fuimos 2 parejas y no echamos nada en falta. Se puede aparcar el coche dentro, está a escasos minutos andando del paseo principal de El Palmar, alejado lo suficiente del ruido. Camas correctas, sofá cómodo y grande para 4, cocina con todo lo necesario, toallas de playa, sombrilla, tablas de surf…Ana y su marido de 10, nos dejaron varias cositas de recibimiento y en el apagón, nos dejaron el generador para poder cocinar y demás. ¡Muy recomendable, volveremos!

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Encantada con la casa y con Isabel. estuvo en todo momento atenta y en casa no faltaba detalle la ubicación habla por si sola.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Lage super zentral und fast am Strand. Ganz in der Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt, perfekt. Wohnung war super, sauber, schön. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Manuel und Ana sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplatz zwar kostenpflichtig dafür direkt neben der Wohnung. Aber man muss Autofahren können 😁. Nur, es war sehr hellhörig und die Umgebung etwas laut. Wir würden aber sofort wieder kommen.

Buscabamos un fin de semana tranquilo y fue una maravilla. Una muy buena ubicación, un ambiente excelente y un trato por parte de Jaime de 10!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. Perfect villa with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. a very enjoyable walk to the beach with some local bars that served good food and beer!

Hemos pasado unos estupendos días en familia. La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades y súper bien equipada, lo cual ha hecho que sea una estancia fantástica. La casa es tal cual las fotos e incluso mejor en directo! Todo muy limpio y a un paso de la playa! Y con Susana la comunicación ha sido súper fluida y muy cercana. Llevamos idea de repetir el próximo año! 😊

We loved our stay from the beginning till the very end. We felt at home immediately. We loved the pool, the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and big garden. It was perfect to stay here with our 1 year old girl who can walk and play in the garden. The lovely villa is on walking distance to the beach which has a lot of nice beach clubs to enjoy drinks and snacks. Also you can walk within 10 minutes to a supermarket or have a 3 minute drive. Gary, the host, responds directly and is very thoughtful. We will definitely come back!

We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

Repetiríamos 100% en este alojamiento. El piso es una auténtica maravilla, está muy cuidado y cuenta con todas las comodidades; se nota que le han puesto cariño y han prestado atención a los detalles. Las dos terrazas son fabulosas y se pueden disfrutar a distintas horas del día. Las camas son comodísimas, hay muchos baños y que haya una ducha en cada habitación resulta muy conveniente. Además la atención de Ghita es extrema y está muy pendiente de que la experiencia sea excelente, así como todo el equipo que está disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa y mantiene la casa súper limpia y arreglada. La zona también es una maravilla, tranquila pero con mucho ocio alrededor: playa, restaurantes, zonas de copas, etc. Si estáis pensando ir a Puerto Sherry, el Puerto o Jerez, sin duda alguna es una opción magnífica. No os lo penséis.

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage am Meer und dank der Vorsaison war es sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang mit Nono war erstklassig und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft bietet mehr als man braucht! Man sollte beachten, dass das Haus sehr ringhörig ist wenn man ausschlafen möchte, sollten ein paar Ohrstöpsel mit ins Gepäck :)

Maria’s place was clean, well-appointed, and right near the beach. You can walk along the beach to many parts of the beautiful city of Cádiz. This was a lovely stay!

Petit appartement jouissant d’une situation exceptionnelle sur la plage ! On voit les vagues depuis le canapé 😊 Pablo est un hôte très accueillant partageant informations utiles et bons plans ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et tout le nécessaire y est (serviettes et couvertures en plus, nécessaire pour le ménage et la cuisine…) Literie très confortable. Ayant appartenu à la grand mère de Pablo, il y a un côté nostalgique dans cet appartement 🥰

Meilleur logement de tout mon séjour en Andalousie. Très bien situé à côté du marché central avec plein de petits restaurants. Tout se fait à pied : Plage et monuments. De plus, il y avait du café, de l’eau, soda et de la bière dans le frigo à notre disposition, ainsi que de la confiture et du beurre. Conception nous a aussi commandé un taxi pour notre retour. Une hôte exceptionnelle. Si je reviens à Cadix, je souhaite retourner dans cet appartement.

Todo genial,Joaquín encantador y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo,lo único malo es que estaban con obras los edificios de al lado estos días y muy temprano ya se les escuchaba,pero por el resto el apartamento está muy bien.
