The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. Peaceful Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Only 8 kms from Goomalling but it feels like 100kms from anywhere. This 2 bedroom cottage located on 250 acres and fully self contained (porta cot also available). Ample parking, no neighbours (the owners live on the property 150 metres to the west). Plenty of room to explore, amazing sunsets, and the only sounds are the birds. A lovely deck to view the open landscape. A perfect location to explore the surrounding countryside.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining with single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. NO kitchen. En-suite toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc)

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.
