Fantastic sea-side view, quiet, clean, worth the money.

Amazing place! Having it situated near to the town area and tourist spots allowed better mobility during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and accomodating to a group of 6 or more people. 2 parking lots was the add on bonus to this stay as that is convenient when travelling in a big group.

My kids really happy and enjoy our stay here but a bit hard to make them sleep at night 🤣 my boy said he wanted to sleep in the “ball pool” .. and my 2 years girl enjoy the cooking set in 2nd room. the view also awesome! location near to restaurant and shop. thank you host for all the clean n kids friendly homestay.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Amazing pool at your doorstep. Laundry facilities were great. Easy to get a grab and get anywhere you want in Penang. Excellent instructions from host and very responsive. Highly recommend and will book again!

Hon was very responsive. We needed extra blankets and the response was immediate. It was clear he knew where the items were. Hon also encouraged to visit the facilities at the top floor but we were too short on time. Would recommend booking. ◡̈

great location, great little flat with everything you'll need

We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

Overall good.Suitable for a family stay, but if there are many people, you need to communicate with the host in advance to ask for an extra blanket.We were a group of 4 people. 3 ladies stayed in 2 bedrooms respectively, and 1 man stayed in the living room sofa. However, there were no extra blankets. We only discovered this situation late at night on the first night, so one of us didn't have a blanket.But fortunately, it's not cold.The pool closes early, so you can't usually go swimming after eating.I hope this can be improved.Grab to George Town usually costs 13 and below.However, during peak periods or traffic jams, the price will double. If you are not in a hurry, you can wait a while and the price will return to normal.

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Everything matched the photos, very friendly host with clear instructions on how to self check in at anytime, place is convenient and quiet. Space is clean & tidy. Will return for next trip.

This is another accommodation that I really like. It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again.

This place is a large nice home with thoughtful touches. We didn't realized that there isn't a stove for light cooking, and wished that it will mention it was a counter top bar mini fridge.

Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

Had some issue with our previous airbnb and had to book another stay last minute. Was able to secure the booking with Dena and check in immediately. Dena and her team were very efficient and responsive. We checked in smoothly with them and we would definitely have another stay with them ☺️ highly recommend their unit as they views are good, sheet & toilet are clean and their unit is super cosy!

Quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was helpful

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.
