Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

A newly built wooden house is nestled among trees, showcasing a spacious outdoor area with a well-maintained lawn. Natural stones and moss create a rustic border, while round white light fixtures are positioned strategically around the yard, enhancing the serene environment.

A newly built wooden house is a short drive from Chojnik Castle (green trail about 2 km). The house is located on the edge of the beautiful and picturesque village of Zachelmie, above Hotel Chojnik in which you will find the Restaurant ( about 400m). We are a few steps away from the huge bike range, as well as countless forested trails and hiking trails. We are located roughly in the middle of the road between Szklarska Poręba (about 17km) and Karpacz (about 18 km).

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with soft linens and two pillows. Natural light enters through a large window, with a view of the surroundings. A bedside table with a lamp and a heating radiator are also present, enhancing the room's comfort.

Our villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Karpacz - peace, quiet, forest, birds singing, close to trails in the mountains. Near the ski slope and the center of Karpacz. There's a grocery store next to it. Villa Jawor has a cozy garden with a playground and grill and parking. All rooms have bathrooms, TV, internet, wireless kettle in the room, and fridge. There is also a public kitchenette on the property.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed covered with a textured purple blanket. Soft lighting illuminates the room, complemented by two windows offering views of the outside. A small flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and a cozy chair adds to the comfort.
