Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby you will find numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

I offer a new, comfortable house for 8 people, entirely at the disposal of guests. Located in a secluded place, on a large plot surrounded by greenery, with a private forest. The entire house is at your disposal: 3 bedrooms (two 3-person and one 2-person) with single beds (90x200) with the possibility of connecting them, a living room with a sofa bed, a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, a garden, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes).

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Holiday Hill is a comfortably furnished cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and anteroom (designed for children), where our guests will find everything necessary to relax and unwind surrounded by forests and meadows overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. The cottage has two terraces, is surrounded by a 1500 m garden, where everyone will find a space to relax. Additional attractions are a hot tub without hydromassage and a SAUNA (reservation and additional fee).

For the little ones, there is a playground with a cottage, a slide, swings, and a sandbox. We have an 8-person sauna and a hot barrel - for an additional fee

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. Wooden cottages located in the charming and secluded village of Przesieka are the best place to relax in silence and in contact with nature. Fresh air, picturesque landscapes, the sound of a mountain stream and a home atmosphere are the things we want to share with you during your stay with us. We have a large, fenced area, inhabited by friendly pets. Sauna and jacuzzi are available for an additional fee and by appointment (up to 3 days before your planned arrival).
