We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our Rustic Retreat offers you a peaceful getaway in a great location. Our Retreat is in a quiet neighborhood only 4 miles from I-40 and Exit 407. Relax on the deck watching the sunset and you might even see a few deer. Our retreat features one bedroom, bathroom and an open kitchen and living room. RR is equipped with everything you need for some R&R! We also have yard games, a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy! We are 19 miles to Dollywood and 27 miles to The Smoky Mountain National Park.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
