Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

When staying at David's Cave, you'll be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
