A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.
