In five minutes time you can enjoy walking by the Helsinki shoreline or take metro two stops to city center Aparment is 82,5 m2. It is on the top floor of 7 storey high building. Apartment has windows on both sides of building. Therefore it has lost of natural light flowing through the apartment. The home is a great combination of areas for both privacy and Social life. Bathroom was renovated 2020.

Bright, peaceful and cosy studio in Helsinki right next to elegant Eira (wonderful Jugend style houses) and only a few steps from Eira Beach (Eiranranta, where you will see swimmers in all seasons) ! Beautiful surroundings, wonderful summer restaurant Birgitta, impressive Löyly for a special sauna experience and many delicious restaurants (Basbas, Lie Mi) and cafés (Moko Market, Levain) Enjoy! I'm sure you will find walking very pleasant and tram 6 will also take you to the centre.
