It's easy to get to us by train as well. The journey by train takes 17 minutes from Lahti and 25 minutes from Riihimäki. Trains run every hour during the day.

Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

FREE WIFI This is a wonderful house where you can be in peace with your own company, under the same roof, cheaper than a hotel. Welcome with friends, relatives, co-workers and sports clubs. Welcome to a luxury home in Lahti, just 1.9 km from the center. Salpausselkä's hiking trails and best jogging trails start right next to the property. Beautiful Vesijärvi and Messilä beach are a short distance away. This unique house offers the perfect setting for short-term accommodation and relaxation for both families and groups of friends. Use of the hot tub is an optional extra service – price €40/night. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use the hot tub.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

With us, you can also explore the numerous animals of our smallholding up close. Along the forest path (1.5km), you can get to a lake with swimming (not suitable for small children). The lake does not have a common swimming beach so it is very peaceful.
