The apartment is spacious, very well located and exactly as in the photos. Everything was clean and well organized, with essential items available that made all the difference (from kitchen utensils to small details that show care for the guest). The stay was quiet from start to finish. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

The apartment is great, super complete. It has a water filter, electric oven, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, hair straightener, equipped kitchen (it even had olive oil, salt, spices). Fabio is very kind and even makes the guest's life easier with shampoo and conditioner, etc., even a first aid kit I saw in the bathroom, I thought it was very thoughtful of him. We love it, we'll definitely be back. There are several convenience stores next to the building, a cafeteria, a wine shop, a Bluefit gym, a supplement store... The apartment is quiet and has good light blocking for sleeping.

We had great communication with Roger and also with Mr. Renato. There was a problem with one of the showers that made it impossible for us to use one of the bathroom suites, but it didn't matter because there are so many bathrooms that it didn't make a difference! Mr. Renato was very proactive in trying to solve the problem, but since it was a long holiday, it would be very difficult to resolve in a timely manner. Both check-in and check-out were super flexible. You can rent the house, and I'm sure you'll have a good experience, like I did.

Except for that, everything was perfect and as agreed!

Apartment true to description and images! Checkin very easy and well oriented! Unit was clean, smelling, and organized. Extremely hot and comfortable bed. We love the availability of an alexa in the unit to play our favorite songs.
