Delma is wonderful, she welcomed me with a delicious cornmeal cake with guava. She is 10 and the stay was wonderful. Very cozy house.

The apartment is perfect for spending a few days, it has everything you might need. The location is good and so is the condominium. The only bad thing about being in a condominium was the lack of practicality when entering and leaving, because I had to wait for the doorman on the intercom and explain that I was staying there every time I left.

We stayed in order to get to know the region, very quiet environment, helpful neighbors. Ease of trade in general. The owner is very helpful in all the details, responding quickly. The house is great, just like the description. We would stay again. Great value for the money.

The stay was wonderful! The house is equipped with everything you might need, as well as being very clean and organized. The location is also excellent, with a very close market, pharmacy, bakery and gas station. The train station is also quite close, which has made locomotion very practical. Finally, the hostess was very attentive and helpful the whole time, since before the stay! We'll definitely come back more often ☺️
