The apartment is designed with a lot of warmth and love from a family. If you travel with kids it's to arrive and make yourself at home. The children's room has a night lamp, toys, books, beach toys and a distribution of the Camas that make it very cozy. The rooms are very well distributed, you can be on the balcony looking at the sea, another person can be in the living room listening to music or watching TV, two other people may be sitting at the dining table, and in addition you still have the upper floor with the two rooms. You have two full bathrooms. It really has it all. The views of the apartment, the amenities of the condominium, the paradisiaca beach in front of it are everything. The price seemed excellent and the services and details within the apartment make the stay very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!!

The apartment is very spacious, the photos don't even do the space justice. Everything was clean, air-conditioning was working, kitchen was super well-equipped. The condominium is literally on the sand, with a hut next to it and in a great stretch for swimming in the sea. Erik was super attentive to requests. As well as the super nice condominium staff. The only caveat is that the mattress in the living room is a little hard, but the one in the double bed in the bedroom is excellent. We would definitely rent it again.

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!

Quiet place, well furnished house, utensils , very good. There were pq mosquitoes is close to the mangrove but nothing that a racket does not solve . All works well ! Close to everything. The town we needed we asked via zap and arrive fast , grocery store, pharmacy .

Daniel's space is simple and cozy. The balcony and the landscape are beautiful, having breakfast with that view was a gift apart. Excellent location, wonderful sea bathing. We'll be back for sure.

The property corresponds to the description of the listing, Rafael is very proactive, always ready to answer us. There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.

Marcio I always ask to ask questions and Nosa change. The house has everything we need and very close to the beach. Swimming pool, barbecue, rooms with super hot air, in short, it was worth it and the whole family loved it!

Hosting couldn't have wished for better! The space is wonderful, beautiful and very clean, with a perfect pool. The location is excellent — it is on the sand, a few meters from the Church of São Pedro, very close to Bora Bora and the new Acquaventura water park. It is also close to the Village of Padre Arlindo, where we had the joy of personally meeting Padre Arlindo, a very special experience. Campas Beach is too beautiful! We had the privilege of enjoying the sunrise — a show in itself. I definitely want to come back!

Full apartment, cosy, comfortable and functional. Condominium offers everything the guest needs for all their daily meals. The host gives tips on tours, restaurants, supermarkets that made it much easier for us to stay, would come back more often.

Great structure and location. On the street of Tamandaré beach, with good restaurants and markets very close by. Communication with Vanessa was perfect, always responding quickly. The condominium has a barbecue and a pool, which was helpful when it got tired of the sun! I recommend and hope to return :)

The flat is modern, with a sophisticated design and beautifully decorated, which creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

The stay was great, everything was very close to the place, my family had a great time, everyone was able to rest well, the beach is practically in front, Vila Padre Arlindo very close could walk, and the markets were very close too, in addition to the restaurants very close, and the wonderful sheep beach.. highly recommend!!
