Vacation rentals with beach access in Japaratinga

It exceeded our expectations! Very clean place. Everything is brand new Cozy atmosphere! In our case, we really enjoyed the environment. The TV and complete, more modern apps for those who like to watch movies and games In my case, haha. Yara and Sirlene are very attentive. The condominium staff, too Many Gentiles For those who like a northeastern meal At night, there is a simple restaurant, but with very good seasoning, a 5-minute walk from the condominium. I'm grateful to God and to you who have given us a very valuable time

The Matheus space is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable, airy, excellent for rest. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it.

We love the apartment, perfect for couples, it is in front of the Moises path, one of the tourist spots we wanted to visit, there is a market and pharmacy nearby but it is about 15 minutes from the main downtown of Maragogi, but we were by car so everything worked out! As well as in the ad. Super clean and organized apartment, left nothing to be desired! I definitely recommend it!! The host was super helpful at all times and recommended places to go.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

My husband and I loved the stay, everything was perfect, clean and organized. Whenever we asked something, Marcos answered quickly and respectfully. Too bad it rained all weekend. Marcos even let us stay until the end of the day to make up for the rainy days. Sure, we'll come back more often.

Close to the beach, supermarket, the square of the church of São José, the host Jucelio is very helpful, accommodation 10/10. On a return to São José da Coroa Grande, we will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very satisfactory, the building is the largest in the city, easy location, city connects to Maragogi, Carneiros beach, Porto de Galinhas, Elias is friendly and always attentive. He gave us tips on what to do in the city, what to eat. Regarding the space, it's super cozy, it has everything in the apartment and the view, a beautiful thing. Thank you Elias.

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the photos don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 en-suites + a powder room. The location is perfect, close to markets that you can call for deliveries, and the tourist spot “Moses' path”. Mr. Nido, the caretaker, welcomed us very warmly and was always willing to answer our questions.   Suggestions for improvement: 1. The access ladder to the beach does not pass safety, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, it is worth an evaluation to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a little dark and the same happens in the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to return more often. 

This home is already on my wishlist! Excellent location. Perfect for those who want tranquility and at the same time close to restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The house is well structured, clean and safe. Maria Eduarda is always very helpful, responding to my messages quickly. Severino, the caretaker, welcomed us very well, explaining everything in the house and was very attentive. It was a wonderful stay!

The space is charming and cozy, as well as super clean, with very tasteful decor. The location is very good, no doubt, we will return.

I would like to put on record how wonderful our stay at this beach house was. The atmosphere is cozy, well-kept and perfect for days of rest with comfort and tranquility! The house is exactly like in the photos!!! But what really made the difference was the care and dedication of dear Zani and Erica. Always attentive, they welcomed us with affection, keeping everything impeccable and pampering us with delicious meals. Their presence made our experience even more special. Our stay at Casa 13 was simply excellent! Hosts Denise and Adalcino were extremely attentive and caring with our family, making us feel welcomed from the start. The house is full of attractions to make the most of: games, a board for the sea and a super pleasant environment to relax. Everything was clean and impeccable, and the ocean view is breathtaking. It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back more often. They were very happy days ❤️❤️

Site very clean, had everything that one needs basic in a kitchen! There were plenty of indications of restaurant ,market , pharmacy and others . Good communication with the owners ! The air cooled well, and for the rainy evenings there is a ceiling fan that helps a lot.

When you rent a house, seeing an ad like that of the Bell House, a lot is expected from your stay. My friends and I, we created a lot of expectation, when we arrived at the house, expectations were exceeded. Wellington was waiting for us and made our check in a lot easier, Tatiana is a very polite and helpful person, responded promptly and resolved all our doubts, in addition to having made the checkout more flexible. The house is very close to the beach (350 meters) and is exactly like in the pictures. Very well taken care of, the cleaning inside is impeccable, in addition to the care of gardening and landscaping on the outside. I've been in many homes on Airbnb and this is by far, my best experience. Tatiana told us tours, a very good kiosk to go to the beach, which made our stay much better. I hope you keep that pattern. I had a great experience on this Airbnb! Milenna was extremely attentive and quickly answered all my doubts The house was clean, well decorated, exactly as in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen well equipped. Also, the location is excellent. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, practicality and great service.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
