Fantastic Karoo getaway, peaceful and quiet, beautiful cottage with everything you need. Bit of a dirt road to get there, but I was able to do in a small car without any issues. I had to do some remote work while on the road and this was a great place to hunker down for a bit and do some work while experiencing a bit of Karoo life. No wifi but cellphone hotspot was fine for work, just had to move my phone around to get the best spot. Graaff-Reinet is about 1.5 hours away. Long stretches of empty road in this area, but bow and then you find a nice Farmstall next the road that is like a little oasis of Cape style food and culture, I loved it.

What a lovely stay in the bush. Quiet, isolated and relaxing, just what we were looking for. Rob is also a great host. We felt right at home. The clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation was lovely, but what we particularly enjoyed was the abundance of well kept dirt roads crisscrossing the farm - they made for excellent trail running while spotting numerous buck and birds. We would highly recommend a weekend at Copper Moon.

Mike was a friendly and very helpful host, he made sure that we found the way to our accommodation and that we had everything we needed. He made us feel right at home in the beauty of the Karoo. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the privacy of the accommodation, we especially enjoyed the "tickle tub". 10/10 stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful, historical home. We are definitely planning a trip back to stay longer and enjoy great amenities they have. The linen and towels were crisp white and clean. There was something heartwarming about jugs of water and drinking glasses on the bedside table after a long drive. Kirsten communicated proactively and was always responsive. The property really is worth the money.
