We had a great time with our family for my daughter's graduation. Loved the layout of the house and we took advantage of all the amenities. Jeremy was always available for us. House in very convenient to stores. The house has strict rules and close by neighbors who will contact the host. We communicated beforehand of our plans for a small family gathering after graduation and were still contacted to make sure we weren't breaking any rules after the neighbors saw extra cars in the driveway. That said I would certainly book again in the future.

I stayed at Kumi’s place for one night on my way back from a seminar with my working cadaver dog. After a week of working, it was just the relaxing space we needed! I wish we’d had time to stop for more than just a night, I will absolutely be visiting again when it’s warm enough for the pool to be open. The hot tub was delightful for my sore muscles and the shower was super nice. The plants were such a nice surprise and made me feel at home. Kumi was an excellent host and K9 Duke gives her place 4 paws up

It was an amazing stay. The place was beautifully decorated, spacious and just all around a peaceful atmosphere. It was close enough to drive into town and near by cities. The host was super responsive with any questions made everything so clear and direct for easy check in. Great space and would highly recommend as well would definitely stay again when I come to the area.

Beautiful home...exactly as pictured and described. We were in town with our family of 5 for our daughter's soccer tournament, and this house was a wonderful alternative to the team hotel. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We also visited several universities in the area and enjoyed evening walks on the Greenway just down the street. We would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Great that she labeled the pics by firmness—thank u! I walk my dogs 4x daily so walkable is important… there is a GREAT park 5 minutes from this location -Armstrong park … connects to high point greenway… VERY zen —-GREAT place to walk pups.

I’m so glad I chose to stay at Stacia’s place! The home was beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and each bedroom was equipped with its own TV, ceiling fan, and a cozy bed. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, making the entire process seamless. Most importantly, Stacia was the most responsive host I’ve ever had!
