The apartment with separate entrance on the ground floor has about 80 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room leads directly into the garden onto a small terrace with a garden table, 4 chairs, parasol, grill (gas) and fire bowl. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, the kitchen is also fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. Playground 100 m away.

Haus am Mühlbach

Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

Listed farmhouse (112 sqm), in the enchanting Wendland, 4 bedrooms for 6 guests, (plus 1 sofa bed) 2 bathrooms (full and shower room), wooden floorboards and very well equipped kitchen. 1000 m² garden with old trees and a large terrace. Children are very welcome here, because from the playhouse, the sandpit, to high-quality toys inside and outside, there is a lot that pleases children and gives parents time.

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax.
