We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and the warm hospitality of the host. The private pool was a dream, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the complimentary breakfast on the spacious terrace each morning. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the meals prepared with local ingredients Highly recommended—we can't wait to return!

Cynthia's home was perfect for our family. Home was exactly as what was in the picture. Upstairs area of home was open, bright, and welcoming. Ester rhe housekeeper was very accommodating, what ever we needed, she would make it happen. The clear glistening pool was my getaway spot. The home was in a quiet area, but only a few minutes from shopping, this was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

Jungle villa is the best place to stay in Paje, probably in Zanzibar. Everything comes together to make for a wonderful stay. The pool is a highlight with amazing lights for the best moments at night. Shout out to the detail in the design. A lot of attention went into making this place. The design overall is also quite muted, not a lot of distractions... a focus on doing right the things happening. Jasna is also super responsive and helpful. Make sure to get the bikes out for some good memories around the space. A+ overall.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week at the resort. The villa is excellent, very nice ambiance. The location is wonderful to the sea side and the pools. Ania and Ali were always available and immediately helped with any problems, such as the known power outages. The tours that Ali offered were also highly recommended. The restaurant on site offered a great, varied cuisine and high professionalism. Only swimming in the sea was a bit difficult, as most of the day there was low tide. The pools were a good alternative and always very clean. The stay was a great experience and we would come back anytime!

I had an incredible stay at this villa! The place was exactly as described—calm, private, and beautifully clean. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing in total peace. We stayed for almost two weeks in Karin’s villa and extended our stay twice on short notice—both times without any issues. Karin was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is spacious and well-protected by Masai guards day and night. We found the location to be perfect for Paje—close enough to explore the area on foot during the day, yet far enough from the nightlife to enjoy a peaceful rest at night. The villa is truly unforgettable. The open design of the living and kitchen area creates a stunning atmosphere, especially when all the doors and windows are open. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for preparing delicious meals with the amazing local ingredients and spices. The lush garden, filled with beautiful plants and trees, makes the outdoor space incredibly inviting. We loved spending entire days by the pool, just relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of this wonderful place. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

The house is very spacious, located in the middle of the village, not far to the beautiful beach. Kitchen equipped with basic stuff (frigde is a plus:)). Wifi could be better (not always available, poor signal). Workers always ready to help

Regina was an amazing host, we had a great time staying at her home! We were just a 5 minute walk from the beach and from many restaurants, including The Rock and Upendo Beach. She was very responsive and very helpful/accommodating. Would highly recommend staying with Regina!

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Amazing place to relax. Beautiful, clean beach. House offers everything you need. In high tide the waves come up to the steps of the house. Love it! Plus the house is run by a property manager who is very willing to help with anything you may need. Highly recommend. Better than any of the hotels to the left or right... No one else offers a front door that opens directly to the beach. I came in rainy season which just means you have a few hours a day where you can enjoy the view from your veranda or go for a massage next door or to a restaurant only steps away. On the other hand you have the beach to yourself. So rainy season is perfectly fine in this house! This place is definitely worth the price. I have been to many of the "top beaches" worldwide, but this was the best beach/relaxing beach vacation so far!

Wonderful large airbnb in prime location just few minutes from all needs. One minute from the beach is an understatement as it practically sits at the back door. The host was amazing and Joseph went above and beyond. Genuinely would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Paje! Thanks so much for the Zanzibar welcome!!

Host went out of the way to make our stay comfortable

I stayed there with two friends. The reception was very well arranged, Jo is a wonderful hostess, who was always there for us. Also very nice that all sorts of things were present such as herbs, oil etc. But the most beautiful thing was really the location. Not normally beautiful, loved it!! Cottage was also very cute and cozy and clean! I would recommend to anyone

Amazing, quiet and beautifull place that is even better than the photos. Friendly and responsive staff and good and well priced food. Really nice pool which we used a lot do to the heat, as the Ocean is really warm. 28-29 cel in feb. We loved the quiet surroundings in the villa and really at home. The Local community just outside the door was amazing to interact with and the Move Zanzibar community center just 250 m from the villa is a must. Seing the fishernan come in with the tides and all food they harvest in the Ocean is just outside the door. Just go there🤩especially if you like place that is away from the massive tourist crowds up north near Nungwi Biggest recommandations from us. 6 people (16-49) from Denmark and we the entire villa1. We spend 3 weeks at the place. Everything was great (looks good on airbnb, is even better in reality), the staff was nice and helpful. asante sana for your hosting, I'd like to come back. BTW: to those who like to complain: get used to powercuts, its zanzibar :P

lovely villa with very nice pool and rooms. we felt safe at all times! kitchen was not very well equipped at first but after a few messages, the missing items were brought to the villa. keep in mind that the road to this airbnb is a gravel road and a bit difficult to drive to.

My husband and I stayed at Breathe's apartment at the Soul for a few days in Paje and without hesitation would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to visit Paje. The location is perfect - steps away from the main road with many restaurants closeby (we loved BaraBara, Roots Bistro, and Hanoi House) and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The Soul is a safe, gated complex with a small cafe as well as an incredible pool. Breathe is a wonderful and responsive host and connected us with a reliable driver Abdul, and her apartment manager Gilly - both of whom made our stay easy. The apartment was air-conditioned, comfortable, and full of beautiful art. We hope to stay again!

The villa was fantastic just like the photos, so clean and in such a beautiful setting just perfect!! 🌞 The restaurant on site had a great menu lots to choose from and very reasonable. Ania and Ally were the hosts on site and couldn't do enough for us, always checking to see if we were ok, they were so helpful.
