Surrounded by a spacious garden, centrally located in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2.5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen,. The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

Welcome to my apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. Bedroom with large double bed, extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Free parking upon registration, which I can arrange. Only 15 minutes by car to the city center. For public transport travelers, it is a three-minute walk to the bus stop. From there it takes 10 minutes by bus to Sirkus Shopping Center where there is a further transition to the city center which takes 10 minutes. There are great hiking opportunities nearby.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
