The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

The big difference was the waterfall. In addition to being easy to access is beautiful! Home with all utensils, comfortable and clean space. The quiet place for those who like quiet, even sharing the space with other chalets, we had no problem. Super cool pool area with a beautiful view! Both Cleide and Luiz were extremely requested and always quick to respond!

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very pleased.

Very nice space! Everyone was very polite and attentive. The farm is amazing for walking, playing and exploring. Silence and contact with nature bring us good energy!

Márcia, is a host, kind, attentive and friendly. Townhouse surprised us with mimos, a delicacy of her! Replied quickly, gave us tips. The house is in a gated condominium, great location. All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Well-ventilated area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and lovely garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help both with the care of the house and with recommendations for the city. Close to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever traveling with friends, a house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well maintained and the owners are wonderful and super well thought out and concerned. I recommend it a thousand times!!!

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. We loved the stay. It was me, my husband, my mother-in-law and my young children: 3-year-old and my newborn twins, so our goal was to enjoy ourselves with the children and not leave the property. Everything was excellent. My oldest loved the pool, the trampoline, swing, hammock, the space itself and the corner with table and chair + some toys they left for him. The twins also enjoyed nature and everything was clean and with an excellent structure. The pool was open and cleaned every morning. Despite the cold nights, the house was good for sleeping, my biggest concern was the babies. It is also worth mentioning the cornmeal cake that Heliane made, which was delicious. She was super welcoming and helped us at various times. We highly recommend the accommodation and hope to return.

Everything is wonderful, beautiful place, great for photos, large and cozy space, very attentive host, exactly as advertised and in the photos.

We went in 4 couples and two children and the house served us very well. It is in a gated community, secure and at the very top of the condominium. But as it is all asphalt it is quiet to arrive. It is important to take everything because there is no market nearby, just a little convenience store at the beginning of the condominium. The house is very large, new TVs, new refrigerators, new stove. The house was clean, the grass cut, and the garden and pool lighting at night are quite beautiful. There are two houses on the same plot, one very close to the other what we think is great!! It had all the comfort we needed and Elvis welcomed us very well upon arrival!! Felipe tb was a great host. It's not close to the city but my family and I really liked the condominium and the house. I recommend!!

This is our second time staying at Recanto Dos Bentivis and the experience is always impeccable. Beautiful, spacious, rustic place but very, very, very well cared for and preserved. Quiet, safe and inviting neighborhood. The market is close (about 10 minutes) and can be reached on foot. A nearby gym for those who need it. Viviane was very attentive and helpful, she assisted us with care and attention when we needed it. I wish I could come back every month. I recommend it with my eyes closed for those who want peace, quiet and security!

Great apartment! Very well located, with very kind doormen. Surroundings with excellent restaurants, markets and tree-lined squares.

The house is great, super-equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The housekeeper Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and since it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, lots of balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the kids. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, only a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

Caca very kind in all requests and always helpful during listing. There is also the Isa which is the homemade, it was all the time requests and very helpful. The amazing place, I made my son's birthday, it was not necessary to rent any toys, as the tennis and Society courts were enough for the fun for all the guests. The house has an architectural style that delighted all the guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

Excellent! Very clean, large and comfortable house. Air-conditioning in all rooms is a plus. It has many kitchen items, a refrigerator and freezer, as well as a refrigerator in the barbecue area. Dishwasher and washing machine were very helpful. We loved the stay.
