(The property can accommodate a total of 10 guests: 4 on the ground floor and 6 on the upper floor; this area will be made available for stays of 5 or more guests.)

New exterior loft-style apartment located in the heart of Baeza's historic center, a World Heritage Site, in a large square overlooking the Old University and the RENACE Art Gallery. It has a double bed and a sofa. Living area with TV, cable Internet and Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen area with toaster and capsule coffee maker, clothes iron and a full bathroom with hairdryer. On the first floor of a single-family house with a separate entrance, close to bars.

Casona Molino del Salar - "Loft"

This habitacion occupies the entire upper floor of the villa. It has a large living room with wood-burning stove and ceiling fan. In the back is the bedroom, a walk-in shower and a separate room with a toilet/bidet. The habitacion can accommodate two people, but can also be occupied by four people by using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The habitacion comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a 5-burner gas stove and an oven.

Possibility of booking by transfer or Bizum to avoid fees. Apartment located at the gates of the Sierra de Cazorla, offers a multitude of multi-adventure activities such as canyoning, climbing, hiking...very close, also nearby we can find shops and the "La Raja" pool where you can enjoy a swim in a unique enclave. Enjoy with your family in a cozy accommodation, with charm, tranquility and with everything you need to enjoy your stay, we are also close to spectacular places such as the Sierra de Segura, the Villas and Cazorla, reservoir of Tranco, Ponte de la Herrería etc. Also close to towns with a lot of history such as Úbeda, Baeza, Sabiote, Iznatoraf. This room under the roof is approximately 60 square meters. It is a loft-style room distributed in two spaces strategically separated by a folding screen. The rest area is located under a window on the deck open to the stars. The sleeping area is occupied by two single beds. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located accommodation.
