Casa Luma is a villa with island elegance and contemporary comfort. Ideally located between Montpellier and the beach in the town of Lattes/Boirargues, Casa Luma offers a lifestyle inspired by the architecture of the islands, where the openness to the outside and the tropical vegetation compose a setting that is at once sober, warm and soothing. As you will have understood, this villa is not suitable for festive gatherings because it is surrounded by neighbors who want the place to be quiet.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
