Monthly Rentals in Jacksonville

We love the place and how small & private it was. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Would definitely go back again!

Stayed here for 3.5 months (nearby contract work.) Old, but charming/'homey' house with wood floors, etc. I like old houses. Lauren was very responsive to questions and needs, e.g., getting a new toaster, knife sharpener, bottled water refills for the dispenser .... Worked with me to set up space for my cycling trainer in one of the bedrooms. Commercial grade top load washer and dryer were very useful. Comfortable bed. Lots of kitchen equipment to go with the gas range. Internet bandwidth/connectivity were solid. All streaming experiences were high quality. No dishwasher, which wasn't a big deal for one guy who got a lot of takeout food. Low ground clearance cars need to park at the curb because the driveway will bottom them out, but the curb was fine and consistently accessible. Yard in front and back are well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if I return for similar contract work.

The location is perfect, just minutes from shopping and a mere 25 minutes from Tyler. Allison was an exceptional host, very responsive and truly made me feel at home. The bungalow itself is ideal for one person - extremely clean, well-designed, and even comes with its own parking space. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!"

This host has been absolutely phenomenal and understanding. We are local and are waiting on a home to be delivered to the property, but have hit some snags. Brandon has been extremely gracious and so we just keep booking! lol. The home is warm and welcoming and exactly the comfort we need while we wait on our new home.
