This place was peaceful and a nice area, love the view from the balcony and bedroom, also the host was super nice.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

We meet our best friends from Colorado in Florida every April for a weekend getaway. We absolutely loved staying at this condo at Jacksonville Beach! The view was spectacular! We had such a wonderful time at the beach—couldn’t have been more convenient. Staley was awesome—so helpful and full of great recommendations. We’ll definitely keep this one in mind for future trips!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

This was our first time visiting Jacksonville Beach and it did not disappoint, mainly because of the beautiful condo. We're already in talks to book again for our next vacation. The host ate incredible, so friendly and responsive. This really was a top notch experience.

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

Perfection! It was like a cruise on land!

We had a great week at Rami's place. The view from the ninth floor balcony was beautiful... the only disappointment was that we didn't see as many dolphins as we did last year! No problems with accommodations: a/c worked great, glass sliding doors were smooth and easy to open, and all kinds of beach gear in the closet for visiting beach (chairs, sand toys for kids, large wagon for taking things to the beach or getting your groceries from car to unit).

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

This was a wonderful house to stay at on our trip. The amenities were wonderful and the host was so accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

This is a big luxurious condo unit. My wife and I, along with 4 friends, reserved the unit for 5 nights and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. It was very clean and well equipped with virtually everything we needed. The living room is large and well furnished with nice chairs, sofas & tables. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space and each has its own bathroom. My wife & I stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom was amazing. It has 2 separate vanities, a huge deep bathtub and a separate multi-head shower stall. The kitchen was roomy & well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils and a huge refrigerator. The living room and master bedroom have glass doors that open onto a huge balcony with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The condo building is located conveniently close to a variety of places to eat and shop for supplies. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. I would defintely book the unit again.

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. As Air BNB hosts ourselves we notice all the details and Misti does a wonderful job. Would definitely book again when we return to the St. Augustine area. Thank you, Melinda and John

Great location, it's only 1 mile walk to the boardwalk. we had issues with a couple of things (squeaky twin bed, bacony panels making loud noise, etc.) but didn't give them the opportunity to address it. we didn't want anyone to come into the home while we were there. it wasn't a deal breaker. Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next guest. besides, the communication seems automated or AI, no personal response back. for example, we asked if we could check in an hour earlier. no response. "yes, no, maybe, or they're still cleaning". we just get the code 30 min before check-in. there was communication throughout but very automated, no personal small talk or response. direct to the point. which is fine. I'm just use to more of a warm conversation from airbnb. it's not a deal breaker. hands-down, I would recommend this place 😀

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

I loved the house and even more the location, it had everything it offered, we felt very comfortable, without a doubt I would rent it again

We gave it 5 stars because it was what the description said. It matched the pictures except the couch was a leather futon, which wasn’t as comfortable for a bed option. The host wasn’t as responsive at times but we didn’t have any issues. It was costly for what it was, considering we had to bring our own sheets and costed more than when we booked Timberline glamping, but you pay for the modern convenience at Hanna Park.

Phatty was a great host and her place was incredible. We also found the multiple workstations throughout the home in case you need any work done. 5 minute walk to beach and multiple restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute (if that) drive. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommend. If we travel back to Jax beach, we’ll look for this place!

They were very responsive when we had an issue with a window and offered to come have it fixed immediately even though it was a holiday. The location was amazing. Beach was almost empty so it was great for being able to monitor the children. The tide pools that formed were great for finding fish, crabs, and other critters. There were several sea turtle nests and one appeared during our visit. The warm outdoor shower was such a pleasant surprise and multiple hoses available to clean off sandy items. There was ample seating for our large party and we were all pretty happy with our stay!

Our family had a wonderful time! We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach. So nice to get up & go right out to take a walk or go for an early morning swim in the ocean. The beach is very private so you don’t have to worry about someone taking your things. The house was very accommodating for our large group. We would totally stay here again!
