Swim, fish, ski, kayak, or just relax on the deck, dock or patio. Boat ramp located within one mile. Home has a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. There is a Keurig with a variety of favors including tea and hot chocolate. There is also a BBQ grill for your pleasure as well as a fire pit.

The South River Cottage

The Cottage sets on the South River. With beautiful views all around it. The kitchen is great for cooking. There are 2 eating areas 1 inside and 1 outside with plenty of tables and chairs on the deck. 2 bedrooms with queen beds a 3rd room with a twin/ trundle . Also,a couch that pulls out to a full bed.A short walk from our front door is Arabia Mountain Trail. It feels remote here but close to everything.
