Vacation rentals with a patio in Jackson County

Wonderful stay! It was just a 10ish-minute walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Ocean Springs. The kids loved the pool that was steps from the door.

Our short stay was comfortable and relaxing. Location is a bit outside of the town, but that provided a peaceful and relaxing stay! The view of the bayous leading out to the gulf was perfect for viewing on the balcony in the morning before it got too warm. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool at the facility as well.

Allison and Pat were great to work with and their place was perfect for our trip!

We booked the nest to use as getting ready space for my wedding. It was great for that purpose. The nest also made a peaceful spot to relax the day after. Everyone was helpful and responsive. It was hard for me to tell from the photos, but their are four rooms. You enter into a landing space with a coffee station. Then their is a little sitting room to the left side with a drawing table and love seat. Directly across from the front door is a bathROOM it is rather large for the size of the space and has a dressing room space behind the toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a bed, sitting chair, and dresser. Not an enormous space but fair nice.

Just what my wife and I needed! Great to escape from our busy schedules to recharge. Perfect location! "Middle of it All!" Friendly community and Merchants. We'll be baaaaaaack. Jack & Tonya B.

I would give 10 stars! My main draw was that dogs are welcome guests (not just “allowed”) and it did not disappoint. I brought my 2 mid-size, well behaved dogs. The yard was large and fully fenced. Her dogs are also well behaved so no issues there, and Kelly even helped me by letting my dogs out when I had to leave them behind for several hours. She was fantastic and made everything stress free. Helpful with dogs and recommendations. Oh, The hot tub … ahhh! I enjoyed that soak each evening. The few house rules stated were straightforward and no issue at all. As a solo traveler I enjoyed that Kelly and her husband were on site. The apartment is beneath their raised house. It is completely separate entrance area and i didn’t feel watched, I felt like i had awesome neighbors i could call on for anything. Very quiet area witlots of space to roam. Pups and I can’t wait to plan another visit. Lots to do in area: 15-20 minutes to downtown Ocean Springs for great art, shopping, dining.

It was a blast! We swam the whole time we were there. The pool was amazing. The house felt homey and it was very clean. Thank you for letting us make memories at this gem!

The location is perfect! The house interior is immaculate. The golf cart made running to get food and to Front Beach easy and fun. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with a boat. We had a great time crabbing and fishing. Great restaurant and bar right down the river with abundant wildlife. The house had everything a person could ever need to have a great time. Even had crab pots and crab cooker ready for us. Covered boat parking was fantastic for the few showers we had come through. Will absolutely book here again for more adventures and great family memories.

The view at John’s house is amazing (you are right next to the water) and there are 3 porch options (covered, screened in, & open) which were all useful at different times. The set up of the house was perfect for our family of four and there was plenty of room to lounge when we needed to go inside and cool off. Ocean Springs is a lovely place and John was very helpful providing any information we asked for. The end of the dock wasn’t finished while we were there but, when it’s done, it is covered so will be an amazing spot to relax and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. The water is difficult to get down to from the house if that is something you are looking for but there are beautiful swimming beaches nearby that weren’t crowded at all. We had to buy some additional items I am used to having more of (like dishwasher packets & paper towels) but check out was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Ocean Springs. Having the golf cart to go downtown really made the stay extra enjoyable. I’d 100% come back and stay with Bailey, she was an excellent host.

Tjis was such a wonderful place to stay. i would gladly stay again at this home. Everything was easy to get to and the neighborhood was very safe.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen with cooking instruments, which made meals super easy. It was also conveniently close to the strip,so getting around was no problem. One of our favorite parts was the variety of games available and being able to bring our dog the back yard was very nice! We had a blast during our stay! Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay. The home was clean, stylish, cozy, and had everything I needed — I would recommend an upgrade to the WIFI system other than that…I enjoyed my time.

My mom and I had the best stay at this Airbnb! Mrs. Ophelia went above and beyond to make this condo so comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The location is perfect, and we were able to drive short distances to many of the local attractions. We also felt safe and secure in the area. I’m looking forward to booking this condo again in the near future. Thank you again!

Stayed for a week at Kenny’s condo. Loved the location and the condo. Very comfortable and quiet place. We had a golf cart that made our trip more fun and convenient. We could drive it to the beach when we weren’t enjoying the pool. We also drove the golf cart everywhere we went to eat downtown. Our favorites were Lazy Oak for Brunch, The Fat Spoon for breakfast, The Garage at Cash Alley for food and drinks and Government Street Grocery for outside sitting and great food and drinks. We really enjoyed our time in Ocean Springs. Thank you Kenny!

My family of three had a great time at Joni’s place. It is a perfect stay for families with small children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The golf cart included was extremely nice and we had a great time cruising around town and by the beach. We were able to go to the beach, shopping, and to restaurants without using our car. There is a small playground and splash pad by the beach that our little one loved. We were also close enough to Gulfport to go to the aquarium, outlet mall, and new Buc-cees. Joni did a great job hosting. She was happy to answer any questions and to provide local recommendations. We had a great time and hope to stay again in the future.

Always friendly as this was our 3rd time staying here. All amenities as listed. Will be back next year

This was exactly what we needed. The host was excellent and we had everything we needed. Great internet and the pool was a nice bonus. We will be back!
