Clarklake has many things to do year round. In the warmer months enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming at the 2 public parks and boats launches. The house is located on the 7 & 1/2 mile Spirit Trail. Enjoy this scenic trail for biking, running and walking. In the winter months you can ice fish and ice skate from either public park. 2 person kayak & paddle board which have to be transported to the launches for use and 2 bikes included with this rental.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was just as described. Meredythe was very hospitable and accommodating. I appreciated her making me and my guests feel at home. I really enjoyed kayaking on the beautiful lake. Also the adorable pups were a bonus to our stay ❤️ I would recommend booking it out🙂

We had a MAGICAL stay at Hilary’s place during the first snowfall of the season for thanksgiving. The place was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. It was easy to follow the check in instructions and get in. The kitchen had lots of storage and counter space for cooking. It was perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Very quiet and peaceful area. Thanks for hosting us, we hope to return one day!

Our stay was everything we could've hoped for and more for a relaxing time away. This home was very clean and well cared for. Having the lake literally in the back yard for our personal use anytime we wanted was the icing on the cake. The views from both the open downstairs and master bedroom were very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed a couple mornings watching the cranes have their breakfast off the docks. Just too many good things to be able to note them all. Both Erica and James were very helpful and responsive before our trip and several times throughout our stay. You can tell they love their lake home and take pride in sharing it with others.

Cutest, most peaceful Airbnb ever!! It was perfect for my bridesmaids & I to stay in the night before my wedding & get ready in the next morning! I love the location, with an open view of the lake and pretty sunsets. The house is super cute on the outside & the inside—there was nothing I didn’t like about it! The rooms were comfy and cozy, there was excellent natural lighting, and the bathrooms/showers were spacious! The host, Shannon, was the best! She responded to all my messages quickly & made sure we had all the info we needed! She was super sweet, friendly, and accommodating! She even left some sweet treats and a card for me in the fridge! Shannon, thank you for making me feel so special for my wedding day! It was the perfect day!

We had a great time. The lake was beautiful, and there were kayaks, and paddle boards for us to use. At first I was skeptical about a road being between the cabin and lake since we had a toddler with us, but it was very quiet and very few cars came down the road. It was a beautiful area to go for a walk around the lake in the morning. We really enjoyed our time there. I did have a question for Layne and when I messaged him he promptly replied. We would definitely recommend to stay here.
