Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Jackson County

I was in town for a conference at EKU. The location is perfect—I could walk to campus each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for a university event. It’s become my go-to spot when visiting Richmond. The place is exactly as described. The host is proactive and knowledgeable and responsive.

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

Communication was undoubtedly the best you could get! Not only did she make the guests feel welcomed with cinnamon rolls as a warming gift, but she also arranged to have the place cleaned again for my son and his new wife to stay in for their after wedding night! This Airbnb was literally 2 minutes from the venue which was such a big help considering they had to run back and forth several times! We could not have been more pleased with the price, communication, location, and hospitality! If you are getting married at Oak Hill Gardens, you need to 100% stay here! Side note: This town suffered great loss the weekend before due to a tornado that destroyed a lot of their neighborhoods. Despite this tragedy, the owner made the weekend extra special and kept nerves calm and everyone at ease. We truly appreciated this and we send love and prayers to London 🫶🫶💯

Sable, my black Lab-Chow mix, and I absolutely loved Michael’s room within the wonderfully unique shared space of the home. Every necessary convenience, plus some fantastic perks, was available. We’re already looking forward to our next stay in the near future!

We had such a good time at this apartment. Lots to do within 15 minutes drive. Found everything we could've need in the apartment while we stay here. She takes care of every details and was very responsive.

Arnold Place was an exceptional stay! The location was quiet, serene, and exactly as described. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful place! we had a great time, it was very relaxing! the mountain views around the area were breathtaking! the cabin was cute and very comfortable. we had fun watching wildlife outside too, had a curious raccoon come say hello by the deck window 😄 and the hosts were friendly and very helpful with a house guild of things to do around the area. 10/10 great time!

Absolutely Beautiful home and views. fully stocked kitchen cabinets with pretty much everything in ur home including spices. All you need is food and clothes, everything else is provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amy’s cottage is comfortable and cute, and an easy stroll over to Berea College. Amy is responsive and easy to work with—we would stay there again.

Perfect for our trip to Cumberland Falls. Quiet and peaceful the whole time we stayed.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my friends! The house was in a perfect setting with beautiful views and a bubbling creek that made sitting outside so peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day of long hiking. The house is thoroughly clean and has everything you need! They have thought of everything. The also had the easiest checkout process. We just had to load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. This gave us more time in the morning to just relax and enjoy our last few hours! It is only 15 minutes from Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park. Great location! The restaurants Margo suggested were great! Thanks Margo for your hospitality! Hope to visit again some day!

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were so happy to stay for two days in such a lovely home. Whenever we had questions, the host responded very quickly, and we really appreciated it. If we visit this area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.
