“Simply perfect! The place is a haven for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. Having a river running through the property was a real privilege – being able to fish right there, with all the peace and quiet in the world, was a unique experience, the children and Nina (dog) loved it!!!! And to top it off, the whirlpool brought that touch of comfort and relaxation after a day outdoors. The accommodation is super cozy and well cared for with all the necessary utensils for a great stay. We'll be back!!!!

House just like the photos, clean house, organized, appliances working, several kitchen utensils, clean pool, very good space for leisure and rest. André was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable in the house.

My family and I loved the accommodation, the house is simple but very clean and organized, we found everything we needed, clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen, very good barbecue area, and the pool is also very good, the house has a beautiful view of the dam, and also has access for those who like to fish or jet ski, in the region we found places to rent, it was a wonderful weekend, I highly recommend it and we will certainly return. Points to improve the lighting of the pool, the night is very dark as it is a very large area, and the showers that have little water.

Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos: clean, comfortable, well organized and with utensils that made a difference in everyday life, such as bowls, mugs, coffee, sugar and welcome cookies. The view is great too. The host was attentive throughout the communication and showed a lot of availability, especially in facilitating our early check-in, which helped a lot in the logistics of the trip. I've been using the platform for a long time, and this was one of the best stays I've ever had. The space was spotless and super well equipped and decorated. This is the best option in Mogi das Cruzes, no doubt. Super strategic location! Communication with the host was perfect.
