Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parque Meia Lua

We love the apt and the location. It was a great time, we even understood the stay. A full kitchen, a good gas shower and a good bed to sleep in is what a mother needs. Everything is clean. The little market downstairs was an advance in our lives and the washer and dryer saved us with the children's clothes. The only point, irrelevant to some, is that the apartment does not have a blackout curtain, so the external light (mall lights) make the apartment bright at night, especially the living room and double bedroom. I'm warning you, because there are people who only sleep in a very dark room, like my son. In addition, everything perfect. A place that would be joyful again.

The stay was very good! Rodrigo is an extremely attentive and caring person. We stayed very close to a friend's house and this made it much easier to get around. The apartment is just as shown in the photos, and it's also very airy. Not to mention the good mood with some items in the bathroom... we had a good laugh about it! I highly recommend it to everyone who is going to SJC and needs to stay close to the CTA/IMPE, as it is literally right next to it!

I spent the weekend and my family and we love it! The house is beautiful, cozy, impeccable cleaning, clean and smelling linens, it had all the household utensils and more! Sônia is very friendly, answered all the quick messages, a thousand note host! The homemaker tb answered all messages c agility and readiness. I recommend it, and I will be back!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

The photos of the house don't do it justice, the house is much better in person!! It was a positive surprise, easy and agile contact from the beginning with clear and objective information. The house is extremely well maintained and with everything and all utensils ready for use. Induction stove inside the house, which I'm not a big fan of, but there's a gas burner next to the barbecue, very useful. You can go without fear of making mistakes!

We loved our stay at Natacha's house! Undoubtedly, a place of great peace, quiet, tranquility and facing a beautiful farm! The house is very large, has many rooms, has an open concept, integrating living room, pantry/kitchen, balcony, pool and gourmet space. It is well ventilated and with excellent brightness. We already miss it... We thank Natacha for sharing her space with us, and Dona Aparecida for her kindness, affection and attention to our group. To both of you, thank you so much!!!

Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The apartment is super complete and was great for our stay. It contains an equipped kitchen and 3 en-suites that comfortably accommodated 4 people.

Excellent stay. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos: clean, comfortable, well organized and with utensils that made a difference in everyday life, such as bowls, mugs, coffee, sugar and welcome cookies. The view is great too. The host was attentive throughout the communication and showed a lot of availability, especially in facilitating our early check-in, which helped a lot in the logistics of the trip. The space met expectations very well, and we would certainly consider staying there again. We recommend it.
