Remote place in a small village. Several shops around. Bumpy roads need to be considered. Wonderful view at the mountains

Apartment with a terrace

Daniel was an excellent host - proactive, responsive and flexible - which we appreciated as we were travelling with a young baby. He gave us excellent local recommendations and was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is as pictured. It is in a great location, in a quiet area walking distance to the square. We also very much liked the air conditioning and terrace.
A panoramic view captures rolling hills shrouded in mist, creating a serene atmosphere. The peaks are partially hidden, while lush greenery emphasizes the natural surroundings. The image highlights a sloped rooftop in the foreground, contrasting with the expansive landscape beyond.

Cozy cabin in the forest 1

Very good place to stay to disconnect from the outside world and connect with nature. We recommend waking up for the sunrise and watching the sunset too, it's glorious. The hosts are very friendly, excellent service. Although the bathrooms were not in the cabins, it was not uncomfortable at all, the same with the showers, they were always very clean and the coffee was delicious.
A narrow suspended bridge, lined with green mesh railing, crosses a wooded area. Tall trees with lush foliage surround the pathway, allowing dappled sunlight to filter through the branches. The bridge offers a connection between natural spaces, inviting exploration of the scenic environment.

Glamping Risco Xodhe, at the Zimapan Dam

Speechless! It's a beautiful place, we were delighted. I think it was a super good choice for the pool that certainly lets you cool off, since in the late morning it's too hot. And the view is as beautiful as the pool and the accommodation. There was only a little complication on arrival and it took us a long time to enter because we were not told that the main entrance is closed for construction and since there is no sign in the area, it was complicated to enter, but other than that, it is really worth it.
An outdoor seating area features two wicker chairs positioned around a round table with a colorful top. Lush green grass and various plants surround the space, while a stone pathway is visible in the background, enhancing the natural setting.

The heart of Matzacintla.

My family and I have been traveling through Mexico staying in Airbnbs and Omar’s place was by far the most peaceful, comfortable place that made us feel Right at home! We Loved it! Omar was very responsive and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming while at the same time respecting our space. The master bedroom was a lovely large size. When we opened the windows to the home a fabulous gentle breeze filled the entire home, it was absolutely lovely. We would’ve loved to remain there forever but alas we had to move on. Great home!
