Vacation rentals with a patio in Iznajar Reservoir

Great location on the edge of the Albaicín/next to city centre and short walk to the Alhambra. Place was very cute and well equipped with an amazing balcony.

This apartment is really good value. it actually looks better than the photos of it. The view from the azotea is quite stunning and it has a view of the Mirador San Nicolas. Bring your swimsuit because in the summer, you can actually take a dip in the outdoor tub. Will definitely book this place if I do come back to Granada as it helped make me fall in love with this city. Thank you Primer.

Natalia was a great host! And the accommodation was perfect! The apartment was pristine, and the patio area was perfect to sit out on. A very quiet area and you can’t hear the street which it’s on. It was exactly how described and Natalia was very responsive when I asked questions!

Great apartment! The location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Our host was very proactive and helpful. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions and parking. We recommend it highly and will stay again next year.

Además de la decoración de buen gusto, destaca por la limpieza y buena equipación. ¡El jacuzzi en la terraza es fenomenal y fue perfecto después de un agotador día de trabajo! La comunicación con Alfonso fue súper profesional y muy amigable.

Beautiful apartment in the magical Albaicin area of Granada. Easily walkable from the centre of town but make sure you have comfortable shoes as the cobblestones can be tough on your feet and it is one big hill. Would stay here again. It was so quiet and peaceful.

We very much loved Joaquin’s home!! Location was perfect in the heart of the historical city but quiet at night. Those ancient wooden shutters are amazing they absorb almost 100% of the noises from the outside! Everything we needed was walkable, shops, attractions, even to the Alhambra. Just wear good walking shoes! The place is very clean, bed is comfortable, especially the comforter! Joaquin was an excellent host. We had a very fluid communications and had a lot of local recommendations! We’d definitely come back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Inside the property was extremely clean and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well layer out and easy to use. The views were even better than the photos. The outside area had everything you could want and the pool was very refreshing during the high heat. The journey there was made easier by Lourdes driving in front of us upon first arrival, after this, we felt comfortable to drive in and out on our own. Perfect hosts, perfect property. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Grande maison atypique sur plusieurs étages, la vue sur la vallée est incroyable ! Le petit village de Carcabuey est très agréable c'est un plaisir, par contre attention les petites rues sont très compliquées à prendre en voiture et on ne peut pas forcément se garer sur place. Nous nous sommes garés sur un parking gratuit à 5/10 minutes à pied. Rafa est un hôte aux petits soins, très réactif et toujours prêt à donner un coup de main. 4 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bain, 3 wc, 2 cuisines, 1 piscine et 1 jacuzzi.

Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet, man merkt das sie selber hier gewohnt hat. Alles ist in weiß eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Strand, Bars und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und auch ein Supermarkt ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Pearl ist immer schnell erreichbar und ist immer hilfsbereit.

When we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the view of the valley and mountains. We very much appriciated the tranquility of the location. The terrace is large and the terraced garden is really beautiful. There are palms, olive, and fruit trees (orange and lemon). The casita is spacy for a couple, modern, well built and completely furnished. The final touch is made by the owner. Dawn and partner are very helpful if you have questions, but not at all intrusive. One small remark, if you hate narrow mountain roads you might not be pleased with the last kilometer to the casita. But you get used to it, as we did. We enjoyed our stay more than anywhere else!

Logement très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. La montée par les escaliers peut demander un petit effort, mais la vue en vaut largement la peine ! Tout s'est très bien passé, je recommande sans hésiter. Merci pour l'accueil :)

Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The apartment itself is super cozy and very well maintained. It is in a residential area and within walking distance to the historic centre. Definitely recommend!

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place. The building is beautiful and the rooms had lots of small and interesting Arabic and traditional elements. Also the bed was very comfy and his cats were a plus ;) All amenities were provided that were required for a 3-day stay. Although there were some stairs to climb, the apartment was easy to reach for us and within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the city center. Ivan was very nice and we managed to communicate with basic English and Spanish. Would very much recommend!

This is a dream of an apartment! It has not only every type of luxury, but was spotlessly clean. The location is just fantastic. I recommend visiting the organic shop which is literally around the corner as they have so many things for your stay. There was nothing that was lacking in this apartment

Pros: Excelent value for money (definitely the best one in our trip). Good communication (mostly with a managing company, though). Very good location. Very well-equiped apartment. Cons: check-in was a bit tricky due to automatized processes. Unlocking doors with our phone did not always work smoothly, so we were glad regular keys were also available (despite the phyiscal transponder not working on the apartment door). The area is very loud in the night due to proximity to several bars, but it gets quiet after around midnight.

Anfitreã atenciosa. Apto muito bom, bem localizado, em frente ao rio, quartos amplos, com tudo funcionando direito, garagem quase ao lado, kit de primeiros socorros e kit de lanche ( leite, café, biscoitos, etc), que nos ajudou muito qdo chegamos em uma tarde de domingo.

Wij hebben een super leuk weekend in Malaga gehad, onder andere door het verblijf van Tomas! De ligging was centraal, midden in het centrum. Het appartement was groot en schoon en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De eenpersoons bedden in de slaapkamer vonden wij persoonlijk iets te zacht. Tomas kwam met handige tips zoals het opslaan van de bagage wat ideaal was, deze locatie was dichtbij het appartement. Wij zullen hier zeker nog terug komen!

Nuestra estadía en lo de Carmen fue espectacular. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, viajamos 5 personas, 4 adultos y un bebé y todo fue de maravilla. La ubicación era súper céntrica, en el lugar ideal y cerca de todo andando, no tuvimos ni que agarrar el auto. Los cuartos y los baños, y todo el alojamiento estaban muy limpios y cómodos y bastante fresco aunque fuimos en verano y también había aire que solicitamos, el cual anduvo bárbaro. Carmen nos atendió muy bien, nos permitió dejar antes las valijas y nos dejó unas ricas cervezas en la heladera. Además, el alojamiento no tenía escaleras, contaba con lavarropas y secarropas y un patio. Todo 10 puntos, recomiendo 100% y si vuelvo a Granada seguro me alojo ahí nuevamente.
