Beautiful condo by the ocean shore, full of natural light and great ventilation. Located in the 7th floor of the building the ocean and mountain views are unbeatable. 5 minutes walking distance from the main restaurants and stores. The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

Departamento con acceso directo a la Marina, a 3 min de la playa caminando, recámara con cama King Size y sofá cama, 1 baño completo, aire acondicionado, horno de microondas, estufa, refrigerador, Sala con sofá cama, comedor , terraza, 2 televisiones, wifi, etc. En planta baja . Seguridad 24 horas, vista a la Marina desde la piscina, estacionamiento dentro del condominio. Se tienen que dejar depósitos de $3500.00 en administración para snaks y garantía de daños y faltas al reglamento

Be our guest! You will love this condominium that has a walkout to the pool and overlooks the Ixtapa Marina. Playa El Palmar is a beautiful beach that is only a 5 minute walk. The accommodation is good for couples, retiredes, adeventurers, and families. There is full laundry, and Snack Bar. The Snack Bar has very reasonable prices and a variety of options. A less than 10 minute walk there are restaurants shopping stores, groceries and restaurants.
