Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.

They are available to assist guests and provide transportation to/from the local train station. Bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of Itoshima.

The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
