Xico was our favourite stop on our trip and we enjoyed relaxing in this cosy apartment after our walks in the beautiful nature surrounding the town. We felt very much at home. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the view from the terrace is amazing. We'd love to come back one day. Gracias, Bety!

El lugar es hermoso y vale la pena totalmente, la atención magnífica, solo el camino de acceso es complicado, pensábamos conocer la zona pero ante la dificultad decidimos no salir y la verdad que lo disfrutamos enormemente, sin dudarlo aún con la dificultad de ingresó volveremos; cuando las provisiones se acababan caminábamos al pueblito sin problema disfrutando la vista y esa sensación de ir sin prisa.

We loved our stay. It was as expected directly in the rain forest. The house is spacious, airy and very nicely designed. All windows are facing the forest. There are plenty of trails on the large property, which is a former pasture turned into forest again. Of course being so close to nature has some drawbacks as no fridge, or cell reception (you have to walk a few steps) and having to make a fire for warm water. Getting into town is a 60 min scenic hike, but getting back is better by taxi. The access road is rough so it might be the better option to get back. We recommend to stay more than one night. Ruben is a great host, incredibly friendly and helpful. It felt great to relax in nature and to support the local reforestation efforts at the same. If you are looking for creature comforts this might not be the place for you but if you love nature it will not get much better. We will be visiting again if we have a chance.

La estancia fue increíble. El espacio es excelente. Es fácil llegar y estar en la estación. Recomiendo ampliamente elegir esta opción. El río y los espacios son increíbles. Pudimos ver luciérnagas por la noche cerca del río y patios traseros. La atención de Ismael y su esposa para el desayuno y los espacios es excelente. Volvería sin dudar. Solo mejoraría que el anfitrión envíe el Pin o link de la ubicación exacta para poder llegar más fácil. Nosotros usamos taxi todo el tiempo y fue muy sencillo.

Very reasonable price very good location it's nice and quiet even though it's off a main road you can't hear it from inside the hotel. The rooms are clean the people are friendly, and you'll love it here. No problems! Highly recommended!

Es un alojamiento más que excelente, Daniela se comunicó de inmediato y resolvió todas nuestras dudas al momento que le preguntábamos. Al llegar a la cabaña, la encontramos super limpia y ordenada, cuenta con TODO lo necesario para pasar unos días más que a gusto, la cocina está completamente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios, solo tienes que preocuparte por llevar tus bebidas y alimentos. Nuestros hijos, mascota y nosotros, disfrutamos muchísimo el lugar, es la opción si te quieres desconectar completamente de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza ya que no hay nada de señal. Muy bien por el baño seco con el que cuenta la cabaña ya que se ahorra muchísima agua. Felicidades por compartir su pedacito de paraíso!!!!!
