FOS-A Window to the Ionian-2min walk to the beach

This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. An old village house with 3 connecting (joining) bedrooms. The bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen are separate from the bedroom area , right next to it. There is beautiful mountain view from the 2-level veranda and sea view from the small balcony . The house is half a minute’s walk away from the beautiful fishing village of Frikes and in walking distance to the 3 small beaches of Frikes .

Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

A spacious, single spaced ground floor, of approx. 45 sq m, with intence elements of stone and wood and with decoration from the old Ithaca. It has a fenced yard with no view. It is located right in the center of Vathy and within a 5 minute walk are everything the visitors need during their stay.
