The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
