Condo vacation rentals in Ithaca

This has been our home away from home as our daughter attended Elmira college for the last four years. Always a great and clean place to stay with everything we needed. Close to the school and conveniently over Rye restaurant (we never heard a peep of noise from) which is excellent and now the Rye garage, which is convenient for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend!

Th space was immaculate, well maintained, nicely designed as well as decorated. Our only concern was that there was no stove for our teenage son to cook on. There was a microwave and toaster broiler that worked just fine for him. However, the sauna was an amazing perk. The setting was very calm and relaxed. Rachel was an excellent host and left a kind graduation card and bottle of Spumante for us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We would highly recommend this space and would rent again. Thank you, Rachel!

If you're going to Elmira this is the single best place to stay. I think Elmira has a lot of potential, the only negative is it's just starting to go down the road of reaching that potential. This Airbnb and the businesses associated with Rye around it are the people taking those first steps. Stay here, it is incredible. Help these people keep doing what they're doing.

This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

The apartment was adorable and well decorated. It seems as if they had thought of everything! Shalisa was also extremely responsive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend her place.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the place was a short walk to their community beach, which had lounge chairs and steps leading into the lake. The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived and Diane was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. I especially appreciated that all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled so finding items in the kitchen was a breeze. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

So convenient for my son’s graduation at SUNY Cortland. He had an afternoon ceremony and Nancy was so nice to let us check out a little later, which was so helpful and made the day run so smoothly. Loved the view of the ski lift from the back of her place too! Thanks for such a nice stay.

Luz is an excellent host. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every amenity a traveler might need. In addition to a great apartment, there's a very large, well lit parking lot. Perfect!

Beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only issue I had at all was that the living room light didn’t work, and the upstairs neighbors were a noisy. Other than those small issues the place was perfect and I felt right at home!! Would have extended my stay if it wasn’t already booked.

A comfortable condo with nice views.

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing weekend. A very nice condo on the 4th floor of a luxury hotel that included access to all of the offerings from restaurant and bar, outdoor patio and fire pit, pool and hot tub, nice views of Canandaguia Lake, and just a mile or so from downtown Canandaguia. Check in and check out instructions were straightforward. Good communication with the host. The price may be a bit more than other places in the area but you have access to all the offerings of a high end hotel on the edge of the lake. I would recommend a visit here!
