Monthly Rentals in Ithaca Falls

The unit was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and myself. It was clean, easy to enter, and was adequately stocked for our one night stay. The property was quiet and it was withing walking distance from several bars and restaurants. JackSun responded to my messages in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. I would definitely consider this property again if I decide to return to the Ithaca area.

Really perfect stay, Rudy was responsive, place was clean and a good price... Rudy also let me stay a little longer after the official checkout time so I could make and eat lunch. I recommend!

I stayed at Jyl's place for 4 weeks. Both she and her other 2 guests were very kind to me and helpful whenever needed. I had both a heater and an AC in my room that I could use and adjust myself. I liked the way of organising common spaces in kitchen and toilet: every shelf, cupboard etc. is assingned to a partcular room guests. I really liked this place.

A cozy and comfortable home. I did not get to meet Suzie, but she was responsive and left me some notes to check in about my stay. I loved the location, right downtown but easy access to the Cornell Campus. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would recommend Suzie's place. Thanks.
