Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

Roger is a very nice and accommodating person! He was responsive and very helpful from the beginning. The house was clean and was in an excellent location for our needs. The view from his deck is on the lake and dock, and the furniture is nice. The large TV, dishwasher, laundry room etc. were all amenities that we were not expecting for the price. A very nice, comfortable setting!

My family and I had such an incredible stay at Jennifer’s lake house. It was the perfect combination of spacious, cozy, and private for us to spend our Christmas week there. The location and wintry weather had us feeling like we were in a snow globe. The house was even decorated for the season, and had more than enough room for the group we had. Makes me excited for the summer months, as I would absolutely book here again!

The listing was very accurate. The view was wonderful! The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and layout was functional. They provided lots of towels and toilet paper. The half bath made it nice with 7 guests. The only suggestion was maybe a memory foam topper for the master bed as it was a little too firm for my liking. We got to use the kayaks and boat which was very appreciated. I only wish we remembered our fishing poles. The sauna got hot. They even provided the wood! You may be able to find a cheaper place but this one included a lot of extras. We hope to go back again next year.

Tom's home was beautiful and spacious. The 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large dining table worked fabulous for our group of 12. The propane fire pit on the deck was a favorite place to hang out.

A modern kitchen features sleek white cabinetry and expansive granite countertops, illuminated by pendant lighting. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and gas range, are visible. The layout ensures ample counter space for meal preparation, complemented by a coffee maker and stylish fixtures.

Great house on the lake with great views. It was winter still when we stayed but it was still a great place even with not being able to.use the yard. Will stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay at the Nordic Nest! We were in town for our son’s graduation and needed space for our family…it was perfect. Plenty of spaces to relax, do puzzles, read, visit, etc. we enjoyed the dock and deck outside. We loved doing puzzles in the loft and watching movies in the lower level. We were able to see loons on the lake everyday and an eagle came to pine tree to visit us too! We would love to stay here again!
