Beachfront vacation rentals in Itapororoca

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The flat corresponds to the ad, all very organized and clean. Great location. The hostess is super kind and helpful, was very welcoming during our stay. I recommend it!

My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I traveled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, mixer, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker… in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The apartment is very beautiful and well structured.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, it offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

Flat is super modern, but I went with a child, I missed the place to put the bags, we had to put our bags in the bath area. The bathroom does not have space on the countertop so that we can put our toiletries, there is no place to extend wet swimwear. Flat caters to those who go as a couple. The host is super receptive, left a tray with several mimos. It has a coffee maker, but I could not use it because the outlet is not adapted to the coffee maker ( 20 amperes) . Flat does not have a private garage, it is rotating where we had to leave the car a few times on the street, where it was super difficult to find a vacancy, seeing another Flat in the same style next to it.

We used the gym and it served us very well, as well as the pool area! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful!! Our observations are that there was no hanger to hang wet clothes (It is worth using the OMO laundry, simply perfect).
