We were in this house now in December 2024 with 14 people... wonderful house, spacious, well located close to everything... complete house has all the utensils and good air conditioning, well-cleaned and organized house, we were very well attended by the owner of the house and also by his son, house with total security and very quiet... we felt at home... we had a lot of fun with the game tables too... I recommend an excellent and very well located house... A suggestion I'd like to leave! Try to leave a fresh scent in every room of the house so you can stay days closed and have a pleasant smell... a tip, otherwise everything was perfect... Thank you very much!

we were surprised by the house , much better in the photos, smelly and super clean, Osvaldo and his very friendly and receptive wife, we felt at home, all the necessary utensils and close to the market and some restaurants, we had a wedding at the Villa sonali inn and was super close, a quiet and very pleasant place!

great service, and to my surprise arriving at night I found lasagna, hamburgers, water, soft drinks, in the refrigerator, at the ideal temperature, plus all the care with the decoration, cleanliness, top-level sheets and towels, it was a very pleasant surprise. I recommend staying here.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, fully matches the listing. The only meal we had on site was breakfast, but the apartment has everything you need for those who want to stay and make all meals at home. The location is great, very close to the beach, just over a block. We would arrive the day after the floods that occurred in the city, but Camila was very kind to offer us flexibility in check-in since the day after our check-out the apartment would be empty, in short, the hospitality of the hosts Camila and Rafael was perfect!

Complete and very comfortable loft. Building with great structure and improved even more with the 24-hour market on the roof (makes it MUCH easier). 2nd time I've booked and I will undoubtedly book all the others that go to Itapema.

The apartment is spotless, all new and very clean. Excellent comfort, wonderful decoration, very complete kitchen utensils! Great showers, air conditioning, washing machine, churrakeira, internet, everything working perfectly. We were very well served by Sandra who was in charge of the period. The only note is that for those who do not know the area and see the map, the impression is that access to the beach is close and easily accessible on foot, but because of the highway, it is necessary to make a longer path to get to and from the beach, or to go by car, nothing that devalues the stay, but it is a very important point to know.

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Aconchegante, well decorated, organized, has everything we need, exactly as the announcement, close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, market. Easy access to the beach. Super recommend it, and if everything goes well next year we'll be there again.

Flat is great, we were in two people, but fit comfortably four, as the sofa bed is very comfortable and also has air conditioning in the living room. The atmosphere is new, clean, with useful cookware and comfortable furniture. The location is very good, it is close to the beach, we stayed in March and we had no difficulty getting around by car to all the beaches of Itapema. Note Important: Parking inside the building requires skill of the kkkk driver but the street is very quiet for those who prefer to leave the car in front of the building. I loved the city and I intend to go back.

Spacious apartment, close, close to the sea. Perfectly accommodates six adults, very good bedrooms and bathrooms! Building without noise, loud sound... super nice environment. A place I would definitely return to and recommend!

Our stay at the Itapema apartment was great, very comfortable, large and well decorated, all according to the photos presented. The location was good, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local shops. Also, the impeccable cleaning. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is well located, quiet neighborhood, close to the market and restaurants, good for walking and close to the beach, I was with two children, one 3 years old and the other 3 months old and we had no difficulties. The apartment needs some minor renovations, but for the amount paid it is ok. I missed having a coffee maker and an electric kettle, but obviously this is a suggestion because I knew I wouldn't have them. The washing machine is good, the shower is good, the rooms are dark and quiet for sleeping. Barbara and Veronica are very helpful. Bring your pillows.

Itapema is a great beach, with several restaurants and shops for nightlife, the apartment is great, very comfortable and very organized

Very good stay, very nice apartment, Dirley welcomed us super well, helping us on several occasions, we would definitely rent it several other times, apartment with all the necessary furniture and utensils.

All the items are a 10, excellent location and service. We'll be back...
