A pleasure to stay in this house! Super cozy, family-friendly, comfortable, one of the few houses left in Itapema in front of so many buildings. Irmgard treated us very kindly and was always attentive to anything. Close to downtown, the Kotch supermarket... close to the sea.

It was perfect, I loved the house was all clean smelling towels, smelling bedding, I felt like in my house , everything I needed to talk to Rafael, I always answered quickly, I just have to thank for everything was . If all goes well I'll be back soon.

wonderful reception by Rosi and Antônio, the house is very good, only the beach there is not very good for bathing, we had a great stay, great walk around the region, Itapema is well located, near BC firecrackers, half beach is very good, anyway, it was very worth the investment!

The house is great! The bedroom and living room splits work perfectly (which was very relevant, given the warmth that was the week we were there). Everything is rich and well cared for. The pool area and the kiosk are stunning and have a barbecue. Bakery, Havana, supermarkets and many other nearby shops. Confess that our goal was to enjoy the family and the pool, so we didn't even go out much. But you can walk to the beach (house on the other side of the BR, but it has access to the side of the sea very close). It's really worth it!!!

Guilherme was an excellent host, always available to answer us and answer our questions. The accommodation and stay were wonderful, we really felt at home. Everything very cozy and the pool is not even talked about, we enjoy it a lot. Location close to absolutely everything. 5-Star Host and Accommodation.

we were surprised by the house , much better in the photos, smelly and super clean, Osvaldo and his very friendly and receptive wife, we felt at home, all the necessary utensils and close to the market and some restaurants, we had a wedding at the Villa sonali inn and was super close, a quiet and very pleasant place!

Very comfortable and spacious home. The view is incredible. Best place to watch the year-end fireworks.

Great house, a beautiful house, super quiet place, super quiet access to go to the beach. The hosts are great people. I'm sure if we go back to Itapema I'll look for this house again.

Fabrício very helpful responded with agility to everything we need. The house with great space we went in 8 people and super met our needs. Parking for vehicles not needing to leave your car on the street, it certainly makes it easy. Near the quiet local beach.

They were perfect days at the Yellow house the house is close to the beach, you can walk with peace of mind.Counts with everything we need to have quiet days, bathing and bedding, clean and smelling. Good vehicles, good air conditioning. Beautifully cared for,clean and smelt house. Many children's toys have fun during their stay,my granddaughter loved it. A great home to stay.

My stay was great, not to mention the place, everything very cozy, wonderful place, everything clean, yard, house, it's really worth it, and Mari is a sweetheart, very helpful and attentive. I recommend it without a doubt, when I return to the city, I'm sure I'll stay there again.
