A menos de 10 min a pé da Praia Central, mercados, farmácias, padarias e da Praça da Paz. A casa possui um quarto com cama de casal, uma cama de solteiro, TV e ar condicionado. Na sala, uma confortável bicama, podendo acomodar mais duas pessoas. Por enquanto, há ar condicionado somente no quarto, e ventilador na sala. A cozinha é completa, a lavanderia com máquina de lavar e uma churrasqueira. Infelizmente não oferecemos vaga de garagem, porém em frente à casa há vagas disponíveis.
