Such a lovely spot in a great area of São Paulo. So many cute details made this place feel like a real home. Great location next to some great bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decoration and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very well equipped. Communication with Ana was very good. She responds very quickly to emails. I'll go back to her apartment the next time I stay.

Everything was great, easy to check in, João was super attentive and receptive and the apartment was very beautiful and cozy, I highly recommend it, I will definitely return more often.

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed. It was an excellent choice. Marcelo, the host, a super accessible, kind person, and I really felt at home, as he said to feel. Everything was organized, clean, and I found it even more welcoming and high-spirited than in the photos. I enjoyed being there for a longer period, because the region has everything, access is easy, the neighborhood and staff are polite, the environment is functional, easy to keep in order, and it's fun. From the window, the view is really special. My experience was peaceful, both to study and have privacy, and to explore this region a little more. Staying longer was a good choice

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, it will certainly be sought again.
