In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side

Beautiful house in the midst of the Atlantic Forest. It is a large and bright house, the perfect place to escape from São Paulo and relax without giving up the coziness. We have trails inside the forest, many lakes and a wonderful waterfall, all within the place that is only 60 km from São Paulo! The access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the palmeirinha neighborhood. It has a small stretch of dirt road (1.9km), but an ordinary car is enough, even in rainy times.
