The house has 4 en-suites with air conditioning and hairdryers, a smart TV room with air conditioning, a kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a barbecue area, and a swimming pool. The property is located 1 km, in a straight line, from Praia das Palmeiras. It accommodates up to 16 guests, the air-conditioned and equipped house with a sound system in the outside area.

Our house is in a great location, in the Praia dos Sonhos neighborhood, a quiet street of residents and very close to the beach... 250 meters away! There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and airy living room and a backyard with an area to relax amid fruit trees, birds, a swimming pool, hammocks and a barbecue area. Our Wi-Fi signal is great and the TVs have internet channels. There are 3 parking spaces, a refrigerated water filter and ceiling fans. Nice, family-friendly house, feel welcome!
