Vacation rentals with a patio in Itacimirim

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is spacious, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With a 06/08-minute walk, it is possible to reach the waterfront, in addition, I had no difficulty in getting an Uber in the region. Finally, the host is very attentive and easy to communicate with, we felt at home, and we intend to return on another occasion :))

The apartment is in a wonderful condominium, has a beautiful view of the pool and beautiful coconut trees. The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room with a washing machine and a beautiful balcony with a hammock, table and chairs. It has all the kitchen utensils for a good stay. The shower has a good water flow, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the place is extremely quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, including the bed and bath linens. It has a market in front, a pharmacy, a tour agency and in the back street, there are several restaurants with a very fair price. It is only 1 block from Taperapuan beach, and it is easy to take a bus or Uber to several tourist spots The staff were very polite. Bruna was very nice, greeted me at check-in, gave me several tips and was very helpful throughout the period I was staying. I recommend it for sure.

Mariella is an excellent host, she responded whenever we needed, in addition to recommending places for us to visit. The house is very quiet, and it is very close to the sights and also to the supermarket and pharmacy (very important), we did almost everything on foot. We loved the stay!!!

The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. My stay at Bruno's apartment was just amazing! The location in the Cambolo district is perfect, with everything close by: bakery, grocery, gym and a great variety of restaurants. In addition, it is only 10 minutes from the center of Uber, super accessible. The apartment is located at Rua das Linhas, a main road that facilitates access to the tours – which is great, as the vans pass right at the door to pick up the guests. Place itself is impeccable! Beautifully cared for, air-conditioned in all rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. All extremely organized and comfortable. The condominium is very familiar and with a lot of children, my son loved it. Without a doubt, it was a great experience and I'm already planning to come back. I recommend it 100%!

House is exactly as described, or even better. Besides being very beautiful, it is comfortable, clean, cozy, super equipped, and decorated in very good taste. Good location, close to the beach, transportation at the door, very close to the ferry and also close to Centro de Arraial. I confess that before we traveled, my wife and I thought a lot about where to stay, both in terms of accommodation options and locations (We were between Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz and Arraial). After the trip, we felt we couldn't have made a better choice than staying in Arraial and with Ilma as our host. The cottage we stayed in is beautiful and extremely comfortable, close to the sights of Arraial, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, all within walking distance. Arraial d'Ajuda is charming, and certainly the stay in this cottage contributed to the impression we had.

I loved the house, just like the listing, Ramon attended to us very well, we had an unforeseen event on the trip, but he was super attentive, proactive, helped us arrive at our destination, wonderful house, accommodated my family and a couple of friends very well, the place is close to everything, I arrived on Wednesday and left on Sunday morning, it was one of the most incredible trips I've had, we will definitely come back more often.🥰

Cynthia's house has a very good leisure space, large lawn, large pool, we could have our meals while the children had fun. Has spaces for rest, hammocks. All perfect! The inside is also very comfortable. We hired the services of Silvana and Cléo to cook for our family and they were amazing!! Super considerate and caring. Cynthia would respond to all our questions and requests promptly. Anyway, they were very nice days, the house is in front of a beach tent, but we also went to other beaches by car easily from the location of the house.

I only have praise for the accommodation! Daniela was totally helpful and kind, she helped me quickly the whole time until the day of check-in. And I couldn't fail to mention the administrator Vanilda, who showed interest in helping, and was very helpful during the time we stayed… even the residents of the extremely friendly condominium. I felt right at home, very comfortable and wanted to come back again. The house has all the necessary items (iron, hair dryer, blender…) to spend days without worrying about anything, in addition to the charming aesthetics that really match a beach house. If I could, I'd spend hours praising it, really! Also through the review, I want to apologize if as a guest I left anything to be desired at any time. Thank you!!! 🤍

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It's a short time from the center, it's very quick to get there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is right on the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella treated us very well, she was attentive to our needs. We have nothing to complain about and in a possible return to Arraial, I would stay in the house again.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, very organized, clean and very good taste! The condominium is excellent, with polite and attentive employees. It is very close to Tuperapuan beach and the main complexes of Porto Seguro, as well as a complete supermarket, restaurants, shops... all within 2 and 3 blocks of the condominium.
